Now that the library has moved, it is time to start on the renovations in the offices. Below is the proposed schedule for this project. Mel Swartzentruber will be in charge of this project.
Hours for the month of July: 9-5 Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays (except July 18)
1-8 Wednesdays
9-5 Sat. July 19 and Sat. July 26

Week One Tasks to complete: Take down dry wall on remaining wall.
JULY 8-11 Take down stud wall, cut boards to fit and put up in new
location
Remove carpet in new pastor's office, cutting so
carpet in staff office is not effected.
Week Two Tasks: Put up new dry wall.
JULY 15-17,19 Put in new window
Repair ceiling where studs were removed
Close in extra doorway.
Spackle drywall
Week Three Tasks: Spackle/sand drywall joints
JULY 22-25 Complete tasks from previous weeks
JULY 26: Prime and paint offices
Week Four Tasks: Complete tasks and finishing touches
JULY 28-AUG 1 Lay carpet

Your help will be needed!!!! Not only will we need persons who have some remodeling experience (Mel will be our expert), but persons able to assist Mel as needed (this may include some lifting and holding). We will like to have an additional 2-3 persons on each scheduled day. We are willing to work around your availablility, so talk to either Mel or Luanne about when you can help.
